MADRID, 20/05/2025.- El consejo de administración de Prisa ha ratificado este martes el nombramiento de la hasta ahora vicepresidenta y directora financiera de la compañía, Pilar Gil, como nueva consejera delegada de Prisa Media, en sustitución de Carlos Núñez. Prisa ha notificado en un comunicado a la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) que el consejo ha aprobado por unanimidad este nombramiento, así como también el de Francisco Javier Ruiz, nuevo director financiero de la empresa y que hasta ahora era director de Control de Gestión y Riesgos.
