MADRID, 24/03/2025.- La Agencia Espacial Europea (ESA) regresará a Marte con nuevos instrumentos, capaces incluso de perforar el subsuelo y de obtener muestras que han estado preservadas de la radiación durante millones de años, para tratar de comprobar de una forma determinante si hubo -o si hay- vida en el planeta rojo.La misión Rosalind Franklin (en la imagen) -nombre con que se ha bautizado el róver que explorará el suelo y el subsuelo marciano- forma parte del programa ExoMars de la Agencia Espacial Europea (ESA) que trata de encontrar trazas de vida en Marte y se complementa con la misión Trace Gas Orbiter, que se lanzó en 2016 para disponer de un inventario detallado de gases atmosféricos en el planeta.
