COP28: Human Rights Watch critica falta de urgencia de acuerdo climático

La ONG critica la falta de compromisos temporales y lamenta que el plan de abandonar los combustibles fósiles se anuncie hasta ahora cuando debía ocurrir hace años.

Los más de 80.000 delegados a la conferencia aprobaron por unanimidad la necesidad de efectuar una transición energética que permita abandonar por completo, pero progresivamente, los combustibles fósiles.
